TradeYourTech (“we,” “us,” “our”). 
By accessing our website, using our services, submitting information to us, making a purchase, 
requesting a trade quote, or otherwise interacting with TradeYourTech, you agree to be bound 
by these Terms. 
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services. 
1. About TradeYourTech 
TradeYourTech is a business focused on buying, selling, and trading graphics cards and related 
hardware. 
These Terms apply to general use of our website and store. Additional terms may apply to

If you submit a trade request through our website, that request is also subject to our separate 
Trade-In Terms & Conditions. 
General website use related to trade requests is governed by these Terms, but all quote, 
inspection, valuation, acceptance, rejection, and final trade rules are governed by the Trade-In 
Terms & Conditions. 
8. Payments 
If you purchase a product or are required to pay a difference in a trade transaction, you agree to 
provide valid and authorized payment information. 
By submitting payment information, you represent that: 
● you are authorized to use the chosen payment method 
● the information you provide is accurate 
● you will pay all applicable amounts, including taxes, shipping, and any disclosed fees 
We may use third-party payment processors to complete transactions. We do not store all 
payment information ourselves, and payment processing may be subject to the terms and 
privacy practices of the relevant provider. 
9. Shipping and Delivery 
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates unless clearly stated otherwise. 
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, supply 
chain issues, customs issues, remote destination issues, or events outside our reasonable 
control. 
Risk, inspection steps, and shipping responsibilities for trade transactions may be further 
governed by our Trade-In Terms & Conditions or Shipping Policy. 
10. Returns, Refunds, and Final Sale 
Any returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or final-sale rules are governed by our posted 
policies and any transaction-specific terms. 
Certain products, categories, or completed trade transactions may be final sale unless 
otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing. 
Ontario consumer law gives consumers certain rights for covered internet agreements and 
related disclosures, so your refund and cancellation wording should be consistent with the way 
you actually contract online. 
11. Customer Accounts and Submitted Information

website, products, or services will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us in 
connection with the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, if any.
